So you’re starting low carb, or been doing it for while? And need some new ideas. Well these are the low carb meals I eat every day!
1. Low Carb Lemon Sorbet
RECIPE: Low Carb Lemon Sorbet
Add 8 packets of Stevia to 4 cups of water
Bring to a boil
Remove from heat
Add zest of 1 lemon and 2/3 cup lemon juice
Cool
Freeze in 9 x 13 pan
Scoop into bowls, and garnish with lemon slice
(We used a blender to break it up some before serving)
Makes 6 servings.
About 4-5 net carbs per dessert serving. |

2. Japanese-Style Pork and Shrimp Meatballs

Low carb dinner is Japanese-style shrimp and pork meatballs served with ginger vegetables (mushrooms, onions, carrots, cabbage, and peas). Topped with a little hot Sriracha sauce. This is a Green Chef meal from their Paleo menu.

Low carb lunch out on the go today – sonic double cheeseburger ordered without the bun. They just put it in a boat, and you eat it with a fork. It may feel odd the first time you order “no bun” on your burger. But after 2 or 3 times it’s second nature! |

4. Bacon, egg & cheese tacos – Toss the tortillas!!!
Low carb breakfast is 3 bacon egg and cheese tacos from Burrito Tower in Lubbock. Throw away the tortillas and eat with a fork – low carb can be that easy! |
