You don’t need willpower! Why is willpower so weak? Willpower is a function of your conscious mind – the 2% of the brain scientists say we use on a regular basis. The subconscious is the other 98% of the brain. So you have a brain that is 2% conscious “willpower” and 98% subconscious “programming” – of course the willpower will fail, it is outnumbered 50 to 1.
