But you’ll notice something here. They’re Tater Tots, right? What whe used to so is we used to go out to eat, we go out to eat and we’d order hamburgers. Everybody got a bun on top and a bun on the bottom, we’d order three orders of Tater Tots, maybe get a soda. And so they’re just  carbs, carbs, carbs and carbs.

And now what we do is we order, the whole family gets hamburgers without the bun and we will order Tater Tots and split them up. I was gonna see if I had any Tater Tots on my plate — no. I probably ate three or four. It’s fine. If you don’t eat any carbohydrates all day long, you can have three or four Tater Tots.

And this is dark chocolate. The thing about this 88% dark chocolate or 86% is that there’s 11 net carbs in half of this chocolate bar. But the truth is, it’s really, really dark chocolate. So you can only eat about a quarter of the chocolate bar, and then you’re done. So you get 5 net carbs.

If you eat a Hershey’s bar it has twice that ‘cause there’s sugar. It has too much sugar. Most chocolate is sugar that’s barely flavored with coco. Because coco is expensive for the food manufacturer and sugar is cheap. So it’s sugar barely flavored with coco. But really, really dark high-quality chocolate is a bunch of coco that has a touch of sugar added, that’s why it’s more expensive. That’s why you eat less of it because it’s richer.

And remember this. This child is hungry because he’s been eating carbs and it’s the carbohydrates that make him hungry. The carbohydrates increase the insulin, the insulin takes all the energy out of his bloodstream. And it takes all the energy out of your bloodstream. And he has no energy to do anything unless he’s eating, eating, eating, eating, eating. And that’s why he’s hungry all the time.
